After graduating from The New York Restaurant School with Highest Honors, Chef-owner Matthew Pierone, started his career at some of New Jersey’s best restaurants. He worked at The Rainbow Room in Manhattan as the Poissonnier, as well as The Grande Café, The Highlawn Pavilion, Eccola Italian Bistro, and Rod’s Steakhouse at the Madison Hotel. Chef Pierone has recently been invited to become a member of Who’s Who of Stamford, Connecticut, and has been recognized several times by the Daily Record, ParsippanyThisWeek.com, and NorthJersey.com for his philanthropy |
